Hello Autumn!

So its' officially October (I don't know where September disappeared to!) which means it's definitely okay for me to start obsessing about autumn.
For the past two weeks I've literally lived on Pinterest and been super inspired by all the cute home decor DIY's people have been pinning!
So I thought this year, I'd have a go at spicing up my decor a bit!
To get into the fall spirit, me and my boyfriend went for a walk around our local park on the weekend and managed to pick up some pinecones to use in my decor crafts. I also cut down some thin branches from a corkscrew willow I have in my garden, as they are such an amazing curly shape! I'll be leaving these out to dry for about a week and I'll be using these for some of my fall DIY's too!
So keep an eye out for my autumn/fall DIY decor video and blog posts coming up within the next couple of weeks!
Can you guess what I'll be making?

Dying My Hair Dark Plum

Hey guys!

So I know I said I wasn't going to be dying my hair any time soon, but I just couldn't resist this subtle dark plum colour!
I used Schwarzkopf Live Colour XXL in L76 Ultra Violet, and I'm pretty pleased with the results, so click on the photo above to watch the video of the dying process!

Oh and stay tuned for some new upcoming videos very soon (I promise!)

DIY Frame Trays and Dry Wipe Boards

Hey guys! So it's been a while since I posted on here, but I've been so busy finishing my second year at uni, so hopefully I'll make up for it over the next couple of months!

So I decided to try a DIY I've been meaning to do for a while -
DIY frame trays and dry-wipe boards!
You'll probably already have most of the supplies for this super easy DIY (I did!)

Here's the supplies you'll need:

- Old Frame
- Paint or Spray
- Scraps of fabric or patterned paper
- Scissors
- Paintbrush (Optional)

Hopefully the photos above are easy enough to follow, though I will be posting a video up on my Youtube channel for this DIY very soon, so stay tuned!

Hair Growth Update

So if you read my blog post a couple of months ago about my Lee Stafford hair growth challenge (retry) you'd probably be wondering why I didn't post an update after one month.

Well, to be honest I saw no noticeable improvement to the length of my hair (hence why I didn't take a photo after a month), and although I had completely used up the hair treatment mask, I still had plenty of the leave in treatment left, so I continued to use that for another month to see if it made any noticeable difference.

So after just over 2 months, here is the growth.

So overall, I'd say about an inch growth, which isn't bad, but not too impressive...
(and yes I know my hair is pink in the second photo, but this dying process does no damage to the hair, hence not affecting the length).

I still have a bottle and a half of the leave in treatment, so I intend to keep using this until I run out.
I am also going to be taking 'hair skin and nails' vitamins and 'folic acid' suppliments daily, so hopefully this will help further improvements!

spookyeyes.com

Last week I was generously sent a pair of contact lenses from spookyeyes.com, and as I have never worn contact lenses before, I was so excited to be sent these to try out!

I hate my boring brown eyes so I requested a pair of green contacts and was not disappointed!

The contacts I am wearing here are the Green Yellow Fusion Contacts, and I LOVE THEM!
They last 90 days which is GREAT, and are amazing value for money!

Spookyeyes.com stock such a huge range of lenses, from natural coloured lenses, crazy UV and party lenses, and all sorts of halloween contacts, the list is actually endless; and ranging from only $15-$30 there is literally something for everyone!

So go check out my full review video below, and most importantly, go check out spookyeyes.com!
